如上述规定之索赔期与质量保证期不一致，在质量保证期限内买方仍可向卖方就质量保证条款之内容向卖方提出索赔。 |

| 7. | In case the sellers cannot make delivery of the contracted goods within the stipulated time , unless it is due to bona fide force majeure , the buyers shall have the right to cancel the contract and raise a claim against the sellers
如果卖方不能在规定的期限内交付合同所订立的货物，除非是由于真正的不可抗力，买方将有权取消合同并向卖方提出索赔。 |
| 8. | 2 the buyer shall have the right to claim against the seller for compensation of losses within 60 days after arrival of the goods be found not in conformity with the specifications stipulated in the contract after re - inspection by the china commodity inspection bureau
在货物到达后60天之内，如果发现产品和合同所规定的规格有所出入，并且经过中国商品检验局检验证实后，买方有权向卖方索偿。 |
| 9. | If the goods are found damaged / short / their specifications and quantities not in compliance with that specified in the contract , the buyers shall lodge claims against the sellers based on the inspection certificate issued by the commodity inspection authority within days after the goods arrival at the destination
如果发现货物有损坏、残缺或规格、数量与合同规定不符，买方须于货到目的口岸的天内凭检验机构出具的检验证明向卖方索赔。 |
| 10. | If the goods are found damaged / short / their specifications and quantities not in compliance with that specified in the contract , the buyers shall lodge claims against the sellers based on the inspection certificate issued by the commodity inspection authority within days after the goods arrival at the destination
如果发现货物有损坏、残缺或规格、数量与合同规定不符，买方须于货到目的口岸的天内凭检验机构出具的检验证明书向卖方索赔。 |
